Our business platform was launched as a family learning adventure during the height of the Covid pandemic to offer our teen sons a hands on experience with real estate and the launch of a new business venture. Our commitment to excellent outcomes and giving back as a family through our GladLion Give Back initiatives grew our presence as well as the community's interest in us offering the same "GladLion" outcomes to their private home renovation projects. So in addition to the renovation build, are able to provide pre-construction consultation to help clients coordinate architectural, design, and structural engineering support through our network of vendors.
